Thank you very much to Manager, Key for your warm and friendly welcoming hospitality.
Our team visit was wonderful, and a big reason for that was the Manager; his name was Key. And all of their staff team were welcoming, attentive, and clearly passionate about ensuring every guest felt valued. Lastly, most importantly, the foods were absolutely delicious and tasty. It’s rare to see management so present and engaged — it made a lasting impression. Thank you very much to Key and their team again.

Disappointing, higher prices but not better food. No longer on the list.
We’ve been coming to the phoenix for decades as it’s local but this might have been the last time. The prices have shot up since Covid so that it’s now equivalent with fancier places, even without alcohol. The food has not and, if anything, has deteriorated. Everything was a bit heavy handed and it left an after-burn in the mouth that took a day to clear. Sadly, one to take off the list.

Top dim sum 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Can order blind 👍🏻. Dim sum and food quality 🔥. Will return soon. Don’t bother with dim sum anywhere else in London. Service also far superior to other dim sum spots.
