Couples weekend
This hotel has achieved its goal, of bringing in families with children, which it's great to see the kids having fun! It comes at a price the hotel was so untidy the floors were needing a sweeper, the carpark was full of beer cans and litter lying around, glasses still sitting from yesterday after an outdoor wedding, at 11am the bins were still full outside, really need cleaning staff in from 7am to clean and lift glasses from outside and fix tables to start a new day. I know the hotel was full but no excuse for cleanliness and tidiness, that comes 1st to me. I know you are doing alot of work atm which will be great to see but get a little charged cleaner to do floors as people leave their seating areas would look better! I think you do need more staff to help keep place in order properly. Saying all that the rooms are very comfortable with new bed toppers & new towels, it was our anniversary thanku for card but missed our little gift with it! Saying all this as we are regular visitors and loved coming to roepark Over the years don't want it to lose the friendliness and comfort it once had. Went to Fratelli's for dinner as coach house was getting refurbished, waited 55mins to get served and food, it wasn't packed just thought it was bit long to get a Ceasers salad which was soaked in dressing! Sat night we ate out got a fire & stone pizza and went to Benone Beach and had it there it was beautiful night 🌙 watching the waves finishing off with a lovely beach walk!

Perfect family hotel
Went for one night over Easter. Myself, my wife and two children (6 months and 3.5 years). The hotel was perfect for the children. Outdoor amusements, bouncy castles indoors, areas for crafting, and an Easter egg hunt that was arranged by the hotel! Look forward to going back to enjoy the soft play and pool slides!
